Surveys (events, PINs and participant lists)
Each entry configures one hackathon: which Sparkboard host and board it belongs to, the event slug that groups its responses, the PIN organisers hand out, and optionally the participants allowed to sign in with that PIN. Without a participant list, anyone who knows the PIN is admitted.

How participants get in
From SparkboardSparkboard sends participants to
sig is hex(HMAC-SHA256(SPARKBOARD_LINK_SECRET, "host|account|board|event|exp")) and exp a unix time; only *.sparkboard.com hosts are accepted. npm run sign-link crafts test links.
